The Challenge

Cargo and logistics platforms often feel confusing. Users see delayed updates, unclear delivery statuses, and too much information on one screen.

Both businesses and customers ask the same question: “Where is my delivery, and when will it arrive?”

Trukon was designed to answer this question quickly. The experience keeps important delivery information clear and easy to understand.

Our Design Process

We started by mapping the full delivery journey. The goal was to understand what users need at every stage, from booking a shipment to receiving the delivery.

After that, we organized the mobile experience around three main needs: tracking a shipment, understanding delivery progress, and contacting the driver.

This helped us keep the interface focused and avoid unnecessary screens.
